Guarantee, Return, Exchange, Canceling an Order, Refunds

Guarantee Policy
All of our products come with a 100% "Full Money Back" Satisfaction Guarantee. Complete details for returning an item will be included with your order.

Return Policy
Our products come with a 30-day, 100% guarantee of replacement or refund, from date of purchase. Product must be free of defect or you may return it immediately for replacement.
For damage claims: please notify us within 3 business days of receipt of damaged merchandise for replacement or refund.
If not completely satisfied with your purchase, and wish to return it, we will refund your total purchase price, including originating shipping & handling costs. (Only if Damage claim is received within the 3 day period). Does not apply to rush orders.

For non-damaged items, we will gladly refund the total purchase price, minus originating shipping. For most items, a 20% re-stocking fee may apply.

*Please contact us by E-mail prior to returning item(s). An authorization # is required prior to returning any item(s).*
Returns must be in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please indicate the reason for the return and include the authorization # you receive via Email.

Where to Send Your Return:
Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return. Please do not send your return to the address listed on this site. The address on the website is for mail orders only.

Following receipt of returned item(s):
If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your next billing statement.
For mail orders paid by check or money order: allow up to 20 business days to receive your refund or replacement item.

Once a returned item is received, we require a "minimum of 5 business days for processing"
Please allow up to 20 business days for refunds / replacements / exchanges.

Exchanges

Online Payments:
The item returned will be credited to the original credit card / account, and the new item(s) will be charged to the same card /account. Your new item selection will be shipped to you, within 48 hours of our receiving the item you are returning.

Mail Order items paid by Check or Money order:
*If a balance is due on the new item selected, the item will be processed and shipped following receipt of payment and the returned item(s).

*If paying by check: please allow additional time for the check to clear.

*If a credit is due you: Please allow up to 20 business days to receive the credit, from the date your returned item was received in our warehouse.

*Items received as a gift will be credited to the original credit card / billing customer, and must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the packing slip.

*Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.

Canceling An Order/ Requesting A Refund

If an item is sold out, discontinued or out of stock you will be notified via email to request instructions on how you'd like to proceed with your order. If you cancel the order and request a refund, please allow a minimum of 5 "business" days for your refund from the date of your request.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days (or until your next credit card billing statement is dropped) after your refund/credit is applied, for it to post to your account.

Order Processing

Most Orders will be shipped via "UPS GROUND SERVICE", unless otherwise specified.
UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

- Orders are promptly processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. (Except on Weekends & Holidays)

* Please allow up to 2 weeks (7-10 business days) for delivery (many sooner), from the date your order/payment is received. Orders received after 1:00PM (EST) on a "business day", are processed beginning the
"next business day". (Except on Weekends & Holidays)

If ordering on a Friday after 1PM (EST) or Saturday/Sunday, processing of your order will not begin until Monday when the 1-2 business days allowed for processing will begin.

Your shipping location and payment method are key factors in determining the length of time for delivery. You may request a confirmation of receipt of your payment
via email if ordering by ground mail. Online payments are processed immediately and a payment confirmation will automatically be generated and sent to you via email.

If paying by personal check, please expect delivery to take a little longer, as the check must clear in the bank before we are able to process the order.
